On 30 June 2006 ARPC completed three years of operations and continues to operate successfully. As required by the Terrorism Insurance Act 2003, the Treasurer prepared a report on the necessity for the Act to continue. It is worth noting that the scheme is considered by the industry to be very successful and ARPC is well regarded by its clients and other stakeholders.
