Tropical Cyclone Narelle endsÂ

As advised by the Bureau of Meteorology (Bureau), on 22 March 2026 at 10:36 PM (AEDT), ARPC wishes to advise that the following cyclone has ended as a declared cyclone event for the purposes of the Terrorism and Cyclone Insurance Act 2003. A copy of the declaration is available here.
Please refer to the End date and time of the cyclone, as notified to ARPC by the Bureau. Please note that the Claims Period for Eligible Losses will end 48 hours after the declared Cyclone End date and time, as noted below.
As per the latest forecast from the Bureau, Ex-Tropical Cyclone Narelle has a High chance of re-intensifying off the Western Australian coast later in the week. If Ex-Tropical Cyclone Narelle does re-intensify as a Tropical Cyclone, a new cyclone event will be declared by ARPC as per the TCI Act, with a separate event code, begin and end date and time.
