We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Premium Audit Adviser to support the delivery of our cedant review program. This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity of premium data and contributes directly to ARPC’s strategic objectives.

About the Role

As Premium Audit Adviser, you’ll be part of a small, high-performing team responsible for supporting an efficient and effective audit function. You’ll help design and deliver ARPC’s cedant review program, ensuring premium data is accurate, reliable and aligned with our regulatory obligations. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your analytical skills and industry knowledge in a purpose-driven organisation that values integrity, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of ARPC’s cedant review program for premiums.
  • Analyse cedant premium and data submissions for accuracy, trends and anomalies.
  • Provide technical guidance on data variance and underwriting queries.
  • Prepare clear, concise audit reports and contribute to stakeholder discussions.
  • Assist with cedant refund and offset activities.
  • Collaborate with IT on system testing for underwriting and claims.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to audit initiatives.
  • Represent ARPC professionally in stakeholder meetings.

About You

You’re a proactive and methodical professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data integrity. You enjoy working collaboratively and are comfortable navigating complex datasets and technical queries.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in reinsurance, insurance, audit or finance – essential
  • Working knowledge of financial services (insurance, reinsurance and/or banking) – essential
  • Experience writing audit reports – desired
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business or Commerce – desired
  • ANZIIF Senior Associate qualification or willingness to study – desired
