The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Manager HR Services to lead the delivery of end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, employee relations and WHS support – ensuring our HR services are efficient, compliant and people-focused.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Human Resources, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience across ARPC.
Role responsibilities
You will lead and deliver:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- HR operations, governance, reporting and compliance activities
- First-line employee relations advice and case management
- Work Health and Safety (WHS) coordination and governance support
- HR systems (HRIS), including data integrity, reporting and workflows
- Continuous improvement of HR services and employee experience
About You
You are a pragmatic and detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in an operational environment while building strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience
- Experience in HR operations and/or HR business partnering
- Experience managing HRIS platforms, including workflows, data integrity and reporting – Mandatory
- Experience across recruitment and employee lifecycle processes
- Exposure to employee relations and/or WHS – Desirable
- Experience in a regulated or APS environment – Highly Desirable
Capabilities
- Strong working knowledge of employment frameworks and HR practices
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice to leaders
- High attention to detail with sound judgement
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes
Eligibility
- Australian Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance
- Sydney CBD location with hybrid working arrangements
