ARPC Board update

Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation (ARPC) announced the completion of Ms Marian Micalizzi’s term as a Member of the ARPC Board on 30 June 2016.

Marian was appointed as an inaugural member of the Board on 1 July 2003, at the time of ARPC’s inception, and has been ARPC’s longest serving Board member.

“Marian Micalizzi has been a Member of the ARPC Board since the organisation’s inception,” says Joan Fitzpatrick, ARPC Chair. “She has seen the organisation evolve and grow over the past 13 years and she has helped steer it to become the strong, forward-looking organisation it is today. I would like to thank Marian for her commitment and for her valuable contribution to ARPC over the last 13 years.  I wish her all the best for the future.”

Ms Micalizzi is a chartered accountant, a company director and a consultant in both the public and private sectors. She has expertise in specialist corporate financial and advisory services including financial institutions’ regulation and prudential supervision.
