ARPC Annual Report 2024-25

Annual Report 2024-25

This year’s report highlights our continued commitment to improving the accessibility and affordability of insurance for the Australian community through the terrorism and cyclone reinsurance pools.

The report outlines our strategic priorities, operational performance, financial results, and stakeholder engagement activities. It also details our progress against the 2024–28 Corporate Plan and introduces our forward-looking 2025–29 strategy.

ARPC had 231 terrorism insurers who paid $413 million (30 June 2024: $404 million) in terrorism reinsurance premiums.

The cyclone pool had 21 insurers covering over 3.2 million cyclone-exposed buildings between them (across residential home, strata and SMEs), the majority being residential properties. ARPC had paid $54.1 million in claims to insurers for the most recent season’s tropical cyclones.

Upcoming change to PACE Login – Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

In November, ARPC will introduce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to the PACE portal. This additional layer of protection helps safeguard your data from unauthorised access and aligns with best practices for secure digital environments.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll provide step-by-step guidance to help you set up your preferred MFA method.

Our team is here to support you throughout this transition. If you have any questions, please contact our team at [email protected]
