ARPC continued to implement the 2015 Triennial Review changes, prepared for the 2018 Review, embarked on several stakeholder and organisational projects and implemented several internal programs to increase efficiencies. These programs will position ARPC well to deliver to customers and stakeholders and respond to a DTI event if required.
