By accessing the Cyclone Reinsurance Pool Pricing Information, I agree that: I will only use the Cyclone Reinsurance Pool Pricing Information and any information derived from that information as is legitimate and necessary for the purposes of my organisation understanding the ARPC’s Cyclone Reinsurance Pool pricing structure; and I will not, without the prior written authorisation of the ARPC, disclose any such information (other than, if necessary, to another person within my organisation who has acknowledged these obligations), unless that disclosure is required by law.
