Senior Manager, Insurance Audit

The Senior Manager Insurance Audit is responsible for establishing the insurance audit strategy and leading the insurance audit team to execute the insurance audit program of work. The purpose of the audit review work is to support ARPC’s insurer customers to understand their obligations in relation to data submissions and premium payments and ensure accuracy of premium payments.

Chief Claims and Customer Officer

SES1

The Chief Claims and Customer Officer will establish and maintain an efficient claims management system and processes, and also focus on the customer perspective (insurer customers and reinsurer partners) to ensure the ideation and establishment of insurer customer-centric processes and ways of working.

Scheme Actuary

EL2

The purpose of this role is to lead the actuarial team and undertake measurement of risks and opportunities for ARPC.  This will include managing the probability estimation process for terrorism, supporting the external actuaries with liability valuation and pricing processes and analysis, and supporting the finance team with financial analysis and planning.

Actuarial Analyst 

ARPC 6

The purpose of this role is to support ARPC with complex data analytics and reporting.  Key activities include developing expertise with analysis tools used by ARPC, preparing data to support the external actuaries with liability valuations on a timely basis, and liaising with external actuaries and external audit as needed.
