ARPC is currently recruiting a Manager, Compliance for our Sydney-based team. 

Manager, Compliance

The Manager, Compliance will report to the Senior Manager, Governance and Compliance. 

The purpose of the role is to provide subject matter expertise in all areas of Compliance including compliance planning and testing, and managing the organisation’s Compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, Government policy, Board policy and associated processes and procedures. This includes: 

  • developing, implementing and maintaining the Compliance environment including a compliance plan covering testing and adequate oversight of Compliance risks; and
  • enhancing and overseeing processes for identifying, reporting, investigating and addressing Compliance breaches and monitoring Staff compliance with internal policy documents. 

We are looking for an applicant with a strong background in compliance, who is passionate about the legal and ethical integrity of a company.
