The Board and ARPC’s leadership team remain committed to maintaining the highest standard of corporate governance, and continue to monitor corporate governance trends from a range of sources across government and the private sector. ARPC’s corporate governance framework is underpinned by several key policy documents, including the Fraud Control Policy and the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Statement of Expectations

As part of the government’s response to the Review of the Corporate Governance of Statutory Authorities and Office Holders, authored by Mr John Uhrig, the (then) Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, the Hon Chris Pearce MP, wrote the following letter to the Chairman of the ARPC setting out his expectations of ARPC. Statement of Intent

Senate Continuing Orders

ARPC is required to provide an indexed list of the titles of all policy files created in the organisation every six months. These lists are available to download in either portable document (PDF) format or rich text (RTF) format.
