We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Information Security Analyst to support the delivery of our cedant review program. This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity of premium data and contributes directly to ARPC’s strategic objectives.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Information Security and working closely with the Cyber Security Manager, the Information Security Analyst supports ARPC’s cyber security operations through implementation monitoring, analysis, and reporting. The role provides timely insights and data to enable informed decisions, strengthen incident response, provides hands-on technical support to maintain Security environment and maintain visibility of ARPC’s overall security posture. You will play an important role in BAU as well as ongoing Security initiatives to uplift and mature environment wearing multiple hats of Cyber Governance, Risk, Compliance SME.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, responsibilities include protecting ARPC by monitoring cyber security alerts, managing Microsoft and other latest security technologies. You’ll design and maintain Power BI dashboards to track cyber risk, vulnerabilities, and incident trends, while streamlining reporting for leadership. By working closely with the Head of Information Security and the team, you’ll support investigations, compliance, governance, improve processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will strengthen ARPC’s cyber resilience, governance, compliance, enhance risk management, and provide insights that drive smarter decisions.

Qualifications & Experience (indicate whether mandatory or desired)

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related discipline — Desired
  • Industry certification or training in information security, or risk (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals, or equivalent) — Desired
  • Ability and willingness to undertake relevant cyber security training as part of professional development — Mandatory

Experience requirements

  • Demonstrable relevant technical experience in a Cyber Security Consulting and/or Operations space with exposure to latest Security tools and technology, data, analytics, reporting, or risk management — Mandatory
  • Experience helps drive maturity and compliance aligned to NIST CSF, Essential 8 and other Security framework with strong policy, governance, and control testing experience — Highly Desirable
  • Strong analytical and python scripting/automation skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and communicate insights clearly — Mandatory
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in drafting Cyber Security policies and reporting — Mandatory
  • Strong task management and co-ordination skills with the ability to drive BAU and Upliftment Initiatives outcome through an agile manner and reporting — Mandatory
  • Demonstrated curiosity and initiative to learn about cyber security, cloud technologies, and data-driven reporting — Mandatory
  • Experience in reporting using tools such as Power BI or similar platforms for data visualisation — Desired
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams or with external service providers in a technical or risk-focused environment — Desired
